Assessment FOR Learning Workshop
Dr. Sonia Ben Jaafar guided a team of teachers from DSB North East through a two day workshop using the CASL process to review collected classroom assessment data. Teacher were introduced to a process to analyze their PLAB and DRA data. The workshop simulated a PLC that could be duplicated within a school. Sonia provided background on Assessment FOR Learning to ensure all participants had a solid understanding of the concept. Teachers to reviewed their assessment data and determined their own beliefs, then as a group they reviewd their data.
