o Board teams identify 3 to 5 Toolkit items that can quickly be rolled out within their board.
· 11:30 – 12:00 Teams Present Short Term Gains results and roll out ideas.
· 12:00 – 12:45 PM Lunch
· 12:45 – 1:45 PM The Next Three
o Board teams identify three highest priority Toolkit items not identified in Short Term Gains.
· 1:45 – 2:30 PM Teams present results from Next Three exercise.
· 2:30 – 3:00 PM How can NEOEN support us?
